Shipping Policy – Sculptide
We ship to (1) Canada and (2) internationally (anywhere outside of Canada).
Processing Times
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays and weekends). Orders placed before 11:00am PST on weekdays (excluding holidays) are usually shipped same day, while orders placed after 11:00am PST and on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day. Shipment times average 2-10 business days but are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss, delay, damage, or misdelivery transfers to the customer. Delivery timeframes are provided by carriers and may vary for reasons beyond our control.
Canadian Shipping Rates
• $0 Free – For orders over $400 CAD (before taxes, and after discounts if applicable)
• $15 CAD Flat-Rate – For orders under $400 CAD (before taxes, and after discounts if applicable)
Canadian Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, although other shipping carriers may be used at our discretion. Shipping will typically be by ground or another reasonable method, but rest assured we always strive to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Should customer desire next-day shipping or air (notify us in advance before placing the order), customer will incur the full cost of that shipping method.
International Shipping Rates
• $50 CAD Flat-Rate – For any order amount.
International Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Fedex, DHL, or any other shipping carrier at our discretion. Shipping will typically be by ground or another reasonable method. Should customer desire next-day shipping, air, or an expedited shipping (notify us in advance before placing the order), customer will incur the full cost of that shipping method.
International Orders – Import Fees, Duties, Taxes, & Other Levies
The customer is fully responsible to pay for all import fees, duties, taxes, or any other levy which may be applied as a result of importation of our products. We will not reimburse any of these fees for international orders so it is the customers responsibility to determine these fees in advance prior to ordering from us.
International Orders – Risk of Product Seizure
Due to the nature of our products, the customer understands and fully accepts the risk of product confiscation/seizure by their local customs/border authority agents as a result of importing our products into their country. We cannot guarantee delivery of international shipments and the customer acknowledges and agrees to assume all risk and potential loss of product without seeking any recourse from us. Customers are fully responsible to be aware of their local laws and regulations when it comes to the purchase, importation, and use of our products.
Tracking Numbers
We will provide tracking number(s) after the order has been processed. Orders may be shipped as one parcel or in multiple parcels.
Accuracy of Shipping Information
Customers are fully responsible to ensure the accuracy of their order details. If a package is returned to us fully intact unopened as originally sent then we can re-ship that same parcel back to you at the normal shipping rate plus a 15% re-stocking fee. If the package is returned to us but has been opened we cannot re-ship that same parcel as it must be discarded due to possible contamination. In this case the customer will have to place and pay for a new order.
Lost/Missing/Misdelivered Package
If tracking does not show your parcel scanned as delivered, we will help in filing an inquiry with the shipping carrier. No replacement or refund will be issued until the shipping carrier has completed its investigation and confirmed a lost parcel. If tracking shows your parcel scanned as delivered to the address provided in your order, we will not be held responsible for theft, misdelivery, or missing packages and no re-shipment or refund will be made, and you will have to place a new order for another shipment at your cost.
