Payment Policy – Sculptide

We accept payment via Interac e-Transfer or Paypal only. Credit cards are no longer accepted at this time, nor do we do Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL). Cryptocurrency will be accepted soon. 

Canadian Customers

You can pay via Interac e-Transfer or Paypal. Our preferred method is Interac e-Transfer as it is quick, easy, and conveient.

Payment Instructions for Interac e-Transfer

1) Send payment via Interac e-Transfer to:  order@sculptide.ca

2) In the payment notes ONLY reference your ORDER #.

3) Do NOT reference anything else otherwise your order will be cancelled. This is to protect your privacy.

4) Your order will only be processed after funds have cleared in our account.

5) Payment must be received within 2 hours of order placement otherwise your order will be cancelled.

6) If a security question and password are required, please see below.

Interac e-Transfer Password & Security Question

Always set your Interac e-Transfer password to your Order# + Last Name (no spaces, no symbols, all in lower case). Make your security question “What is the password?”. For example, if your name is John Smith with Order # 4298 then it would be the following:

– Security Question:  What is the password?
– Password:  4298smith

International Customers

Your only available payment method at this time is Paypal.

Payment Time Limit

For any order, you will have 2 hours to issue payment otherwise your order will be cancelled. This is to ensure the inventory is not tied up and available to other paying customers.

Processing Time

Your order will only be processed after we receive full payment from you. Once the order is placed you should get in the habit of sending payment immediately right after so you do not forget. If you are looking to make the 11:00am PST shipping deadline, this means payment must be received by 11:00am PST in order for us to process your shipment.
